I started my cooking journey with my mom’s recipes. She’s an incredible cook and my inspiration. These days I’m deep into cookbooks (it’s becoming an obsession!) and exploring cuisines from all over the world. I follow recipes with curiosity, experiment bit by bit, and push myself to understand just enough to start creating my own flavors or variations. Come along and let’s go on this journey together. I don’t like to appear in pictures so there are really not a lot of pictures of me cooking. This one was taken a couple of years ago making milanesas (a Uruguayan staple) at my in-laws.
